GREAT POT ROAST 
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 tbsp. molasses (dark Karo)
1/2 tsp. pepper
Sliced onions
2 c. hot water
3 lb. pot roast (watermelon cut or rump roast)

Mix together first 3 ingredients. Place 3 pound roast in Dutch oven. Cover with sliced onion, mixture and 2 cups hot water. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Serve with mashed potatoes, etc. The gravy can be slightly thickened with cornstarch.
