CREAM CHEESE COFFEE CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, light variety
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs

TOPPING:

1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter

Cream butter and cream cheese. Add sugar, cream well. Add eggs and vanilla. Blend. Mix flour, baking powder and baking soda together. Add flour mixture alternately with milk to creamed mixture. Beat well each addition. Grease 9 x 13 inch pan; pour in batter. Sprinkle with topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
