1 1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. almond extract
2/3. milk
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/4 c. flour
1 stick melted butter

Spray pan with Pam (9 x 5 inch). Combine sugar, egg, extract and milk, beating well. Add baking powder and flour, then melted butter. Bake 50 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Cool 20 minutes and remove. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
