TWICE BAKED POTATOES 
4 medium potatoes
1/2 Cheddar cheese
1/3 c. milk
1 egg
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 salt
1/4 pepper

Bake potatoes and separate potatoes from skin and in large mixing bowl combine potatoes with rest of ingredients. Refill potato skins with the mixture and bake at 350°F.
