TWICE BAKED POTATOES 
3 lg. baking potatoes
2 tsp. butter
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/3 c. sour cream
1/3 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. chives
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Chopped parsley
Paprika

Bake potatoes at 425 degrees. Remove from oven, cut potatoes in half lengthwise. Let cool. Scoop out centers, leaving skins intact. Mash potatoes with butter, add next 8 ingredients, mix well. Spoon mixture into shells. Sprinkle tops with parsley and paprika. Place on baking sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
