2 sticks butter
12 oz. chocolate chips
1 c. peanut butter

Melt above together. Cool slightly.

1 lg. box Crispix cereal

Cool completely.

1 lb. powdered sugar

Add cereal and shake. As variation: Can add chunky peanut butter or peanuts - if so, add to cereal before adding chocolate mixture.
