BREAKFAST BURRITOS 
4 c. eggs
1 c. cubed cheese
1/2 c. processed cheese
1/2 lb. cubed sausage, browned
2 1/2-3 c. potatoes, fried
1 can green chilies, sm. size
3/4 c. milk
1/2-3/4 c. salsa
12 flour tortillas

Beat together eggs, milk and processed cheese and fry in a pan as you would for scrambled eggs. Remove from heat and place in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well.

Heat tortillas and place desired amount of mixture (approximately 2/3 cup) on upper 1/3 of tortilla. Fold sides and top flap in. Roll the rest of the way around. Makes 12 burritos.
