1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
1 (4 or 4 1/8 oz.) pkg. chocolate flavor instant pudding & pie filling mix
1 c. cold water
1 c. (1/2 pt.) whipping cream, whipped

In large mixer bowl, combine Eagle Brand, pudding mix and water; heat until well blended. Chill 5 minutes. Fold in whipped cream. Spoon into individual serving dishes. Chill thoroughly. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
