SQUASH CASSEROLE 
3 c. squash
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
1 1/3 c. Colby Cheese, cubed
2 c. Saltines, crushed
3/4 stick butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. ground sage
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. onion, chopped

Cook squash well, add butter, salt and other spices. Mix together. Add beaten eggs, onions, cheese and cracker crumbs. Pour into greased casserole dish. Bake at 375 degrees for about 40 minutes. Makes 8 generous servings.
