HOLIDAY BRUNCH CASSEROLE 
8 slices bread, decrusted and cubed
2 c. shredded sharp cheese
1 lb. sausage
4 eggs
2 1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can milk

In 3 quart casserole, place bread, cheese and cooked meat. Beat eggs, milk, and mustard and pour over. Refrigerate overnight. When ready to bake add soup and milk combined. Bake uncovered at 300 degrees for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours.

HEALTHY SUBSTITUTIONS: Light cheddar cheese, turkey sausage, or ground turkey, Egg Beaters, skim milk, low-salt soup.
