GRILLED SPICY LEMON CHICKEN | |
1 chicken fryer, cut up 2-3 tbsp. butter Juice of 2 lemons Italian dressing Mix lemon juice and butter with Italian dressing. Marinate chicken in a bowl or a sealable plastic bag in refrigerator for at least 20 minutes or up to 2 hours. Grill chicken over medium to hot coals, basting with marinade mixture every 10 minutes. Serves 2-3. |
