PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
1 lg. pkg. pork chops (can be substituted with any meat)
2 c. uncooked rice
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
4 cans water
2 tbsp. parsley
Salt and pepper

In medium roaster or casserole dish, pour uncooked rice and shake until rice is evenly distributed. Place pork chops on top of rice in an even layer. Add soup and water over chops. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Sprinkle parsley over mixture. Cover with foil. Cook in oven preheated to 350 degrees for 1 - 1 1/2 hours.
