1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck Make meat into small balls. Add salt and pepper. Add dehydrated onions and bread crumbs. Brown in skillet using 4 tablespoons corn oil. Add: 3 tbsp. sugar Simmer for 2 hours. Add 1 cup instant rice. Simmer 1/2 hour more. |
