GRANDMA'S COFFEE CAKE 
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter, softened
1 egg
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk
2 c. blueberries

Cream together sugar and butter. Add egg and beat until smooth and fluffy. In separate bowl mix flour and baking powder. Add dry mixture to sugar mixture with the 1/2 cup of milk. Beat until smooth. Fold in the blueberries. Pour into an 8 x 8 inch pan. Sprinkle with streusel topping and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.

STREUSEL TOPPING:

3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. soft butter

Mix until crumbly.
