GRANDMA'S PUMPKIN BARS | |
4 eggs 1 2/3 c. granulated sugar 1 c. oil 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin 2 c. flour 2 tsp. baking powder 2 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking soda In a large bowl, mix together eggs, granulated sugar, oil, and pumpkin until light and fluffy. Stir together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and baking soda. Add to pumpkin mixture and mix thoroughly. Spread in ungreased 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Frost. ICING: 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1/2 c. butter, soft 1 tsp. vanilla 2 c. powdered sugar |
