1 lb. ground beef
1 bell pepper
1 onion
1 pkg. med. egg noodles
15 oz. mushroom gravy
8 oz. tomato sauce
1 clove garlic
16 oz. creamed corn

Cut up bell peppers and onion. Saute peppers and onions, add meat and brown. Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain noodles, add meat mixture, gravy, tomato sauce, garlic and corn. Mix and place in an oven proof dish. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
