CANADIAN CRUMB CAKE | |
2 c. flour 1 c. sugar 3/4 c. butter 1 c. milk 1/2 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. cloves 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 egg 1 c. raisins Mix flour, sugar and butter until crumb mixture is even. Remove 1 cup of crumb mixture. To the rest add other ingredients, beating egg and milk together slightly before adding. Pour into well greased 9 x 13 inch pan and sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. |
