ITALIAN PITA CHIENA 
BREAD DOUGH:

7 c. flour
3 pkg. powdered yeast
1/2 c. shortening, melted
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 c. warm water

FILLING:

About 1 lb. thin sliced pepperoni
About 1 lb. salami
About 1 lb. brick cheese
About 1 lb. hard-boiled eggs
About 1 lb. bacon
About 1 lb. thin sliced sausage

Layer the above ingredients. Cover with bread dough and bake at 375 degrees until done.
