BUTTERSCOTCH MORSEL CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 can "Thank You" vanilla pudding
2 eggs, lightly beaten

Mix until smooth. Put in 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Sprinkle with small package butterscotch bits and 1/2 cup nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve with Cool Whip or ice cream.
