1 box golden vanilla cake mix
1 (3 oz.) box butterscotch pudding, cook 'n serve
1 (12 oz.) bag butterscotch morsels

Mix pudding as directed on box. As pudding thickens add box of yellow cake mix and stir. Pour into greased 9"x13" pan. Cover with butterscotch morsels and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
