TERIYAKI SAUCE - MARINADE 
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 clove garlic, crushed

Mix all ingredients in small saucepan. Heat to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and cool completely. Great on chicken, beef or pork. Marinate at least 4 hours.
