SAUCY PORK CHOPS 
4-6 pork chops
2 tbsp. shortening
Salt and pepper to taste
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
3 tbsp. catsup
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Brown pork chops in shortening. Season. Mix remaining ingredients. Bake covered for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serve rice or noodles with extra gravy, applesauce, and vegetable.
