ROSETTES 
2 eggs
1 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
3/4 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
Shortening
Powdered sugar

Blend all ingredients in a blender. Pour into a shallow dish. In an electric frying pan heat 3-4 inches of shortening. Heat iron in hot oil. Dip iron in batter until 2/3 of iron is covered. Dip into hot oil. Fry until light brown. Drain on paper towel. Dust with powdered sugar.
