1 (28 oz.) pkg. Eagle Brand chocolate flavored candy coating
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tbsp. vanilla

In saucepan, over medium heat, melt candy coating and butter with sweetened condensed milk and salt. Remove from heat, stir in nuts and vanilla. Spread evenly into wax paper lined 9 or 13 x 9 inch baking pan chill 3 hours or until firm. Makes about 3 pounds.
