UNCOOKED CREAMY FUDGE 
1 well beaten egg
1 lb. confectioners' sugar
1/4 lb. bitter chocolate
Piece of butter size of an egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. canned milk

Add egg to sugar; melt chocolate and butter together. Add sugar mixture to chocolate mixture. Add vanilla and milk. Mix. Place into 8 x 8 x 2 inch pan. Refrigerate. Nuts may be added.
