4 c. bologna (ham, Spam or any other sandwich meat), ground
1 c. cheese (Velveeta, Cheddar, Swiss, Monterey Jack, etc.)
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. mustard
3 tbsp. sweet pickle relish

Mix well. Spread on buns (hamburger or small dinner rolls). Wrap in foil and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

To wrap in foil, pull out foil the same length as your cookie sheet or 9x13 inch cake pan. Line up the buns in the center of the length of the foil. Fold the sides up - the 'drugstore' flat fold works well. These can be frozen for a short time.
