COUNTRY STEAK 
4 or 5 lbs. ground beef
1 lg. green pepper
1 or 2 lg. onions

Put whatever amount of salt you think it needs and black pepper. Put a little flour in it to make it stick together. Smooth it out in a large square pan, cut it in square pieces before you bake. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour.

GRAVY FOR STEAK:

5 cans cream of mushroom soup

Put water in cans for your liquid and bring to boil and then add your meat to it in a large pan it makes quite a bit.
