FROSTY LIME APPLESAUCE PIE 
1 1/4 c. applesauce
1 pkg. lime Jello (may use other flavor)
1/2 to 1 c. sugar
1 c. cold evaporated milk
1 tbsp. lime or lemon juice
1 baked pie shell

Heat strained applesauce until hot. Add Jello and stir until dissolved. Mix in sugar and cool until almost stiff. Whip the evaporated milk with lime or lemon juice until stiff, pour into Jello mixture, beating slowly. Put in pie shell and chill at least an hour.
