VEGETABLE RELISH 
1 can small peas
1 can shoe peg corn
1 can small green beans
1 diced red pimento
1 diced green pepper
1 c. diced red onions
1 c. finely chopped celery

Drain all vegetables. Mix all ingredients and marinate in mixture of 1/3 cup sugar, 1/2 cup oil, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon pepper, 1/4 cup vinegar. Good side dish. Keep in refrigerator.
