SAUERKRAUT PEPPERS 
4 lg. green peppers
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 lb. ground pork
3 tbsp. onions
1 c. hot rice
1 c. sauerkraut
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. caraway seeds

Brown pork in pan. Add onions. Mix with rice, sauerkraut, eggs, salt, paprika, caraway seeds. Fill cleaned green peppers with mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
