LEMON SQUARES 
2 c. flour
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1 c. melted butter
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. granulated sugar
4 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
6 tbsp. lemon juice
lemon zest (a tsp. or so)

Bake 20 minutes at 350°F. If using Pyrex, 325°F. When baked, sprinkle with confectioners sugar. Loosen from sides of pan with sharp knife. Cool 20 minutes. Then cut into squares. Freezes well. Can be served from freezer.
