HAPPY PARKER'S GERMAN CHOCOLATE
PIES
 
2 sticks butter
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. chocolate chip morsels

Melt butter and stir all ingredients over low heat until melted and thoroughly mixed. Pour into 2 baked pie shells placing foil around edges of crust to prevent over cooking. (Do not use deep dish crusts.) Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Makes 2 pies.
