SIMPLIFIED LASAGNA 
Half an 8 oz. pkg. regular noodles, cooked and drained
1 c. cream style cottage cheese
1/2 lb. ground beef, browned
4 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 can (about 11 to 12 oz.) spaghetti sauce
1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese

Spoon noodles into greased 6 cup baking dish. Spread cottage cheese over noodles; put ground beef next. Place half each mozzarella cheese and sauce on top. Repeat with remaining cheese and sauce. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for about 35 to 40 minutes, or until bubbly in center. Serves 4.
