PRUNE BREAD 
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. oil
1 c. cooked prunes, cut fine
Pinch of salt
1 c. prune juice
2 c. flour
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda

Mix sugar, oil, prunes and juice. Add eggs. Add rest and mix well. Makes 2 loaves. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
