CRUST:

1 c. flour
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. chopped nut meats
4 tbsp. sugar

Mix and press into cake pan.

Bake crust at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Then cool.

FILLING:

Whip 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2/3 c. sugar
2 c. Cool Whip

Pour over cooled crust. Then add your favorite pudding (make according to directions on box). Top with Cool Whip. Refrigerate.
