SCALLOP POTATOES 
Make White Sauce:

2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 c. sour cream
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 c. sliced scallions or onions
3 or 4 c. cooked potatoes

Add to White Sauce. Put in casserole and mix together.

Top With:

1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/8 c. melted butter

Bake at 325°F for 30 minutes (if using glass dish). If using metal pan, bake at 350°F.
