SCALLOPED POTATOES 
4 to 5 lg. sliced med. potatoes

Boil in salt water until they start to get tender. Pour into baking dish and cover with cheese sauce.

CHEESE SAUCE:

Blend: 1/2 stick butter, melted

Pour in 2 cups milk and cook until it thickens. Add 1/2 pound cheese and small can pimentos (mashed). Salt and pepper to taste. Blend until smooth. Pour over potatoes. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for an hour or until browned lightly on top. My favorite scalloped potatoes!
