ROUND STEAK 
1 lg. round steak
1 pkg. dry brown gravy mix
1 can cream of chicken soup over top

Bake, covered 4 to 4 1/2 hours at 275 degrees or 2 1/2 to 3 hours at 300 degrees.

I was happy to find this recipe since I had these ingredients on hand. My husband and family LOVED it. I thought it was good too, but would add water to the gravy mixture next time because it seemed to thick. The meat was really tender. I cooked it at 300°F (275°F convection) for about 3 hours. I served with noodles, bread and a fresh fruit salad.
