SHEPHERD'S PIE 
Brown 1 pound hamburger and 1 medium diced onion in skillet. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Drain off grease. Place into bottom of 9x13 inch baking dish or cake pan.

Place 1 pound bag of frozen diced carrots and peas over top of hamburger mixture. Open 1 can of tomato soup and spread over vegetables. Mix 6-8 cups of instant potatoes according to package directions. Spread over top of tomato soup layer.

Sprinkle with 1 cup of Cheddar cheese and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
