SICILIAN SUPPER 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
3/4 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 tbsp. butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
3/4 c. milk
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. noodles, cooked & drained

Brown meat and drain. Add onion; cook until tender. Stir in tomato paste, water and seasonings. Simmer 5 minutes. Saute green pepper in butter. Add cream cheese and milk, stirring until cream cheese melts. Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt and noodles. In 10"x6" baking dish alternate layers of meat mixture and noodles. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes.
