GOOEY ALMOND CAKE 
3/4 c. butter, melted
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
Pinch of salt
2 tsp. almond extract
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tbsp. slivered almonds

Combine butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Add salt, almond extract and vanilla. Stir in flour.

Pour into foil-lined 8 or 9 inch round skillet. Sprinkle top with 2 teaspoon sugar and almonds. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes until golden brown. Good for desserts or breakfast!
