SWISS CHICKEN BAKE | |
8 boneless skinned chicken breasts 8 slices Swiss cheese 1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted) 1/4 c. dry white wine 1 c. herb stuffing mix, crushed 1/4 c. melted butter Put chicken breasts in a 9x13 inch buttered casserole. Place one slice of cheese on each piece of chicken. Combine soup and wine. Pour over chicken and cheese. Sprinkle with stuffing mix. Drizzle butter all over. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Serves 8 people. |
