DO-AHEAD-EGGS 
8 slices trimmed day old bread, placed in an 11 x 13 inch pan
8 slices Old English cheese on top of bread

6 eggs
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Pour over bread-cheese and let stand covered in refrigerator overnight. Next morning, bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.

Serves 12.

Add 1 pound (cooked and drained) bulk sausage, over bread and cheese.

Or add 6 slices of bacon (cooked and drained) when cooked.

Or add real bacon chips, or bacon bits.
