EGG BAKE 
12 slices frozen bread
1 lb. Old English cheese
3 c. diced cooked ham
6 slightly beaten eggs
3 1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard

Using donut cutter, cut 12 rings of bread. Place holes and trimmings in buttered 9 x 13 dish. Layer cheese and ham over b bread, end with ham. Top with bread rings.

Combine remaining ingredients and pour over all. Refrigerate overnight; covered. Bake, uncovered, 1 hour 15 minutes at 325 degrees. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
