2 cans chicken broth 2 cans potato soup 2 tbsp. minced onion 2 (8 oz.) sour cream (may substitute 8 oz. plain yogurt) Garnish with chopped chives or black olives, sliced. Combine soups and onion in blender at medium high speed. Add sour cream at low speed. Chill. Garnish when served. Serves 8. |
