SOUR CREAM COCONUT CAKE 
1 container sour cream (8 oz.)
1 c. sugar
White cake mix
12 oz. frozen coconut
1 lg. container Cool Whip

Bake cake according to directions. Mix sugar and sour cream together. Add 6 ounce coconut. Mix. Split cake into 4 layers. Spread 1/3 mixture between each layer. Ice the entire cake in Cool Whip. Top with coconut.
