DELUXE MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. ground chuck
1/4 c. onions
2 eggs
2/3 c. oatmeal
1/4 c. catsup
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix together and shape into balls. Brown in some butter. Pour about 1/2 the grease out of the pan. Mix 1 can each cream of mushroom and cream of chicken soup with 1 can of water. Heat and stir to make gravy. Pour gravy over meatballs and simmer 30 minutes to 1 hour and enjoy.
