1/2 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt
6 oz. ketchup

Place meat in saucepan. Add a small amount of water and mash thoroughly with a fork. Add other ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve on hot dogs.
