INDONESIAN GRILLED TURKEY 
1 boneless turkey breast half (2-3 lbs.)
1/3 c. peanut butter
1/3 c. teriyaki sauce
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. ground ginger
2 tsp. sweet basil
2 tsp. onion powder
2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4-1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper

May also use chicken.

Place turkey or chicken in plastic bag. Combine remaining ingredients in blender or food processor. Process until smooth; reserve 1/2 cup of sauce. Pour remaining sauce over meat; turn and coat evenly. Marinate 30 minutes.

Place meat on grill; set over drip pans (fill with 2-inches of water). Arrange coals around drip pan. Grill covered over medium high coals or bake on broiler pan uncovered at 400 degrees for 1-1 1/2 hours, basting with marinade occasionally.

Let stand 10 minutes. Serve with reserved sauce.
