WINTER VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 head cauliflower
1 bunch broccoli
3 carrots
1 bell pepper
1 jar pepperoncini (sm. salad peppers), drained
1 sm. jar olives, drained

Wash and cut cauliflower into bite-size pieces. Wash, peel stems and cut broccoli into small pieces. Peel carrots and slice thinly or cut into fine matchsticks. Seed and cut bell pepper into thin strips. (The carrots and peppers are optional--they add color.) Put above in a large bowl. Pour in salad dressing, the kind can vary. (You may need 2 bottles.) Stir.
